A mini farm of sorts with a chicken coop, flower beds, and vegetable gardens from which you can enjoy fresh eggs, vegetables, and flowers from the cutting garden. The house is meticulously maintained with walls of south facing windows overlooking the deck and expansive yard. The open concept kitchen and living area make for a great space for entertaining. Unique artisan touches include hand sawn oak columns and soap stone countertops from Vermont. The three bedrooms on the upper floor are spacious and comfortable with two guest bedrooms sharing a bathroom and the primary bedroom ensuite with a shower and large tub. The detached 4th bedroom is a sweet summer cabin with painted walls and floors No Electricity in Summer bedroom so flashlights or solar lamps are used. Although this property does not have a Quansoo Beach key there is a Landbank trail for public use. Stickers to Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket beaches can be purchased ahead of time.
