Master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with two twin beds and third bedroom/den with queen futon. Walk down path from house to private beach (end of Menemsha Beach) in 2 minutes and walk down beach into Menemsha Harbor in 5 minutes.The furniture is overstuffed comfy, simple and very clean. Little loft area for overflows with a futon.
