In the morning, watch the sunrise as you look over Menemsha Sound and the charming fishing village of Menemsha. In the evenings move to the western deck where you can watch the sunset over Vineyard sound and the Elizabeth Islands. With three decks, you can always find a spot of sun or shade. The house is open and airy with a large yard.Main House- Open floor plan home with central living room with views out both sides, fireplace, and dining area (seats up to 12-14) and step down 5 stairs to kitchen with counter seating and with separate eating area (seats 6). 4 large bedrooms (one in each corner) with their own views, 2 full baths and 2 half baths and outdoor shower. Separate small tv room with full size bed. Guest House- Large living room with small utility kitchen and full bath. Downstairs full size bedroom with king bed. Has own deck and separate A/C system.Home includes access to Lobsterville and Red Beaches and you can obtain parking permit for Philbin Beach. All are a short drive or bike ride from the house.
